Description
The Residential Program Manager supervises the daily operation of a residential home serving people with intellectual disabilities, including Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals. The role oversees staff training and discipline, medication and service-book audits, household budgets, incident reporting, safety and fire-drill compliance, transportation, family and medical-service coordination, maintenance, and program files. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of group-residence experience with people who have developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Compensation is $55,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
