Dungarvin is hiring a full-time House Manager to lead residential programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex behavioral and mental health needs, and high-acuity behavioral homes. The role combines direct-care leadership with program operations, including supervising Direct Support Professionals, implementing behavior support plans, managing crisis situations, coordinating with families and clinical teams, overseeing staffing and budgets, and conducting performance management. The position is in-office in the Milwaukee area, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of leadership experience, and includes an annual salary of $62,300 plus benefits.
