Description
Dungarvin is hiring a Program Director in Janesville, Wisconsin to oversee assigned residential programs, including traditional developmental and intellectual disabilities programs and behavioral programs in certified Adult Family Homes. The role manages 2–4 program sites, supervises 10–12 direct reports, develops care plans, coordinates with families and stakeholders, manages budgets, trains and coaches staff, and handles evaluations, investigations, and disciplinary actions. It is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday in-office position with on-call availability, requiring a bachelor's degree, at least two years of managerial experience, and at least one year of direct experience working with adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
