The role also handles household tasks, maintains resident records, responds to emergencies, and provides shift coverage. Requirements include communication, house management and cooking skills, confidentiality, flexibility, Microsoft Office and basic internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
