The House Manager supports mothers and babies in a residential program by managing household operations, coordinating food and supplies, assisting with life skills and parenting education, providing childcare and transportation, helping resolve conflicts, maintaining participant records, and supporting program continuity. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, basic Microsoft Office skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
