Description
The House Supervisor leads a team of Direct Support Professionals in a residential setting, supervising staff, planning activities and community outings, providing direct care and active treatment, managing budgets and household inventory, implementing individualized support plans, modeling supported routines, and maintaining on-call responsibilities. The full-time role pays $21.55 per hour and includes benefits such as paid time off, holiday pay, referral and longevity bonuses, medical packages, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
