Synova Group is hiring a House Supervisor in Oak Grove, Anoka County, to oversee daily operations and support individuals with developmental, mental health, or physical disabilities. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals, manages budgets and records, trains staff, supports individuals with daily routines and behavior management, and coordinates medical and community appointments. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of disability-services experience, six months of DSPIII or supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, access to an insured vehicle, and a clean driving record. The position offers flexible and on-call hours, a company vehicle after 90 days, paid training, and health, dental, life, and disability insurance.
