The role is designed for a seasoned, self-directed, systems-oriented professional who can work independently while the family is away, maintain reliable communication, and create lasting household systems. It requires United States work authorization, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smoke-free environment; CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
