The Housekeeper maintains guest rooms and suites to brand standards by cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings; replenishing linens, amenities, and supplies; making beds; vacuuming floors; organizing carts and storage areas; reporting maintenance needs and lost items; communicating room status and guest feedback; and providing friendly, professional service. The role requires attention to detail, customer service, physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, comfort with cleaning agents and equipment, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
