Description
The Lead Room Attendant reports to the Hotel Manager and supports the Housekeeping department at The Aldenburg Hotel. The role leads and coaches room-attendant teammates, maintains guest-room and hotel standards, coordinates cleaning and preventative maintenance with other departments and vendors, responds to safety and emergency situations, and fosters communication and continuous improvement. Candidates need one year of hospitality experience, preferably in housekeeping, English proficiency, basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and availability for varying schedules, weekends, and holidays.
