Description
The Housekeeping Attendant maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of condominium and homeowners' association common areas, amenities, and facilities. Responsibilities include routine and deep cleaning, restroom and amenity care, trash and recycling removal, supply inventory, event preparation, reporting maintenance and safety concerns, equipment care, and supporting onsite management and maintenance teams. The role requires physical cleaning work, flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors; a high school diploma, relevant experience, and a valid driver's license are preferred.
