Description
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of guest rooms, dormitories, washrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas at a Dexterra camp facility. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Lead Housekeeper, the role includes making beds, changing linens, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, emptying waste, cleaning restrooms and showers, completing room turnovers, laundering and restocking linens, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety and infection-control procedures. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 35–50 pounds, and previous housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
