Description
The Cleaning Attendant performs routine cleaning of resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, windows, storage areas, and equipment. The role includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, emptying trash, following chemical safety and infection-control procedures, responding to resident and staff requests, reporting concerns and injuries, and assisting with apartment flips or specialized cleaning tasks. The position is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and every fifth weekend on rotation, requires the employee to be at least 18 years old, and prefers familiarity with cleaning procedures, willingness to learn, enjoyment working with older adults, and a high school diploma or GED.
