Description
The part-time Residential Caretaker performs routine cleaning of resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, windows, and storage areas; empties trash; disinfects surfaces; follows chemical safety and infection-control procedures; assists with apartment flips; responds to resident and staff requests; and reports concerns, injuries, and needed supplies or repairs. The role requires the employee to be at least 18, follow instructions, work independently, and lift arms above the head; familiarity with cleaning procedures, willingness to learn, enjoyment working with older adults, and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
