Description
Dial is hiring a part-time Residential Caretaker to clean resident apartments, restrooms, common areas, windows, and storage areas; dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect, empty trash, maintain equipment, follow chemical safety and infection-control procedures, assist with apartment flips, respond to resident and staff requests, and report concerns or injuries. The role requires the employee to be at least 18, can work Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and prefers familiarity with cleaning procedures, willingness to learn, enjoyment working with older adults, and a high school diploma or GED.
