The Housekeeper maintains clean, sanitary, and tidy environments across assigned property units by sweeping, vacuuming, shampooing, dusting, cleaning restrooms and model beds, emptying trash, and operating cleaning equipment. The role reports to an Investment (Property) Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, may require travel between properties, and requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of housekeeping experience, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle automobile insurance, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
