Description
The Housekeeper / Porter maintains the appearance and cleanliness of apartment-community interiors, common areas, amenities, offices, restrooms, storage areas, and vacant apartments. The role includes trash removal, make-ready cleaning, resident communication, hazard reporting, customer service, and compliance with safety and OSHA requirements. It is a 40-hour regular workweek position with variable site hours, requires a current valid driver’s license, and involves frequent indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
