Description
The Housekeeper cleans and stocks guest rooms and related areas, changes linens, makes beds, scrubs bathrooms, and performs quality checks on room equipment. The role also handles guest requests and complaints, reports emergencies and safety hazards, turns in lost items, and may perform duties as a Lobby, Turndown, or Laundry Attendant. It requires a high school education or related experience, hospitality familiarity is preferred, and the work involves extended standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating cleaning equipment in an interior hotel environment.
