Description
The Housekeeper maintains clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy campground areas, including private offices, public common areas, the general store, restrooms, and accommodation units. Responsibilities include cleaning and styling rooms, replenishing amenities, completing guest requests, resolving guest challenges, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, laundering and folding laundry, managing room keys, reporting room conditions, and maintaining housekeeping carts and assigned areas. The role requires basic English, confidentiality, comfort in a fast-paced environment, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver’s license. The position may involve indoor and outdoor work, lifting up to 25 pounds, exposure to chemicals and uneven terrain, and use of personal protective equipment.
