Description
The Housekeeper cleans and prepares guest rooms, hallways, and public areas at Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning and restocking rooms, assisting with laundry, and performing additional cleaning projects as assigned. The role requires a positive attitude, ability to follow procedures, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing. Experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred, and health, dental, and vision insurance is available after 30 days of employment for full-time team members.
