NM Residential is hiring an experienced Housekeeper for its luxury apartment community in Clearwater, Florida. The role maintains common areas, vacant and model apartments, amenities, restrooms, and outdoor spaces; performs cleaning, sanitization, trash removal, restocking, light landscaping, and reporting of maintenance or safety issues.
