Description
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness, presentation, safety, and supply readiness of interior public areas and amenities in a multi-family residential community, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, fitness centers, restrooms, laundry rooms, and other resident amenities. The role also performs assigned unit-turn cleaning, supports inspections, events, tours, and property operations, and collaborates with Property Management, Maintenance, and Grounds teams. The position requires independent work in resident-occupied environments, flexibility for weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime, and offers an estimated starting hourly wage of $22.00 with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
