Description
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various properties, including hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Key duties involve thorough cleaning routines, managing water systems to prevent legionella growth, periodic mattress turning, and comprehensive pre-arrival, during-stay, and post-departure housekeeping. The role also entails overseeing property openings/closings, controlling access to premises, monitoring contractor adherence to policies, reporting maintenance issues, processing laundry, assisting with inventory checks, and ensuring efficient guest request resolution.
