Description
The Housekeeper maintains a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment at Park on Morton by cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, communal spaces, and resident rooms. Duties include dusting, polishing, sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, trash removal, window and door cleaning, light fixture maintenance, supply inventory, supply ordering, and identifying repair or replacement needs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior housekeeping or similar experience helpful, and involves physical work including lifting up to 25 pounds.
