Description
The Environmental Services Technician performs cleaning and infection-control duties in patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other hospital areas, including operating mechanized equipment, mixing chemicals, handling biohazard and trash waste, collecting linens, and responding to service requests. This full-time second-shift role requires working at least one weekend day, typically from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a base rate of $18.00 per hour plus a $2.75 second-shift differential and an additional $2.50 weekend differential, totaling $23.25 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
