TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead at UAB St. Vincent's East in Birmingham, Alabama. The role supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff; assigns work and keys; resolves guest complaints; maintains cleanliness and service standards; and coordinates breaks and staffing. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays, and the pay range is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour. Previous customer service experience is required, and online applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the opening is filled.
