Crothall is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Culpeper Medical Center in Culpeper, Virginia. The role supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff; assigns work and keys; coordinates breaks; resolves guest complaints; maintains records; and ensures cleaning standards and equipment are met. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with rotating weekends, and prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Pay is $18.00 to $19.50 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other insurance and wellness programs.
