TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Henry Ford Rochester EVS in Rochester, Minnesota. The role supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff; assigns work and keys; resolves guest complaints; maintains records; and ensures cleaning and service standards. It requires previous supervisory experience, offers a fixed $17.00 per hour, and includes third- and weekend-shift differentials. The position is full time, may include PM shifts, and accepts online applications on an ongoing basis until the opening is filled.
