Description
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, workspaces, rooms, and outdoor areas in a residential environment. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, carpets, furniture, windows, restrooms, and other areas; removing waste; disinfecting equipment; reporting maintenance issues; preparing rooms for meetings and social or business functions; and responding to emergency maintenance requests. The role requires occasional outdoor exposure, physical work involving standing, climbing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and pushing equipment up to 30 pounds, and is scheduled on an hourly basis according to property needs.
