Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees room attendants and other housekeeping staff, assigns work, monitors room status, inspects and returns rooms to standard, coordinates with Maintenance, Reception, and Laundry, manages supplies and VIP rooms, handles guest requests and complaints, and supports safety, security, and emergency procedures. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, hotel-industry experience, intermediate to advanced English, and a high school education or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
