Description
The Room Attendant cleans, prepares, and maintains guest rooms and related housekeeping areas to hotel standards. Responsibilities include making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, replacing linens and supplies, restocking minibars, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, and cleaning hallways and equipment. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 25–50 pounds, and may involve morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, while previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is also preferred but not required.
