The Housekeeping Facilities & Projects Manager oversees the condition, organization, functionality, and appearance of Housekeeping-controlled areas and assets at Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. The role supervises public-area, overnight, and project-cleaning teams; coordinates preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, special cleaning projects, vendors, and interdepartmental work; maintains equipment inventories and safety controls; and supports budgeting, capital requests, and reporting. The position requires three to five years of hotel Housekeeping, public-area operations, facilities coordination, or related leadership experience, offers a salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, and requires legal eligibility to work in the United States.
