Description
The Hospital Environmental Services Worker performs cleaning and disinfecting duties throughout the hospital, including emptying trash, cleaning patient rooms, restrooms, floors, common areas, and changing bed linens. The role also involves moving furniture and assisting with patient moves, maintaining patient privacy, using cleaning equipment properly, and responding to incidents. It is a second-shift position from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with weekend and holiday premiums, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to perform the work, strong customer service and organizational skills, and successful background and drug screening.
