Description
The Housekeeping Inspector will inspect guest rooms and public areas, supervise and support Room Attendants and Housepersons, coordinate room assignments, approve VIP rooms, oversee end-of-day closure, monitor linen and service areas, log lost-and-found items, communicate maintenance issues, assist with training, and participate in quality-assurance and deep-cleaning projects. The role requires 2–3 years of housekeeping or hotel-operations experience, supervisory or team-lead experience preferred, strong communication and leadership skills, familiarity with digital tracking or property-management systems, physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
