SWOT Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale housekeeping operations at Porto Carras, including guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role oversees inspections, team scheduling and development, inventory and cost control, guest requests, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and collaboration with other hotel departments. Candidates need hotel or resort housekeeping management experience, leadership and organizational skills, housekeeping process knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and fluent Greek and English.
