Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor manages daily housekeeping, recreation, and laundry shift operations; inspects guest rooms and public areas; coordinates room status with the Front Desk; manages supplies, staffing, schedules, training, employee relations, and corrective actions; and supports guest satisfaction and departmental budget goals. Candidates need either a high school diploma or GED with two years of housekeeping or related experience, or a two-year degree in hospitality or a related field with no work experience required.
