Description
The Housekeeping Manager oversees daily hotel housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public-area maintenance, guest-room readiness, staff supervision, scheduling, quality inspections, inventory, budget control, guest-service coordination, and safety compliance. The role requires active presence throughout the property, a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25–50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while hospitality management or a related degree is preferred; 3–5+ years of hotel or resort housekeeping experience, including supervisory or management experience, is required.
