Description
The Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for cleaning assigned apartment areas, preparing move-ins, managing supplies and equipment, following safety procedures, using aseptic techniques, and communicating with residents, families, and coworkers. The role prefers one or more years of multifamily housekeeping experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, and requires the ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and climb on and off ladders.
