Housekeeping Supervisor at CODE Concepts

Code Hostel is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Manager in Edinburgh to lead and support the housekeeping team while also performing hands-on cleaning and covering the supervisor’s two days off. The role manages schedules, assigns tasks, conducts inspections and quality control, oversees cleaning supplies and linen, ensures health and safety compliance, handles guest complaints, and collaborates with front office, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments. The position also includes front-of-house duties such as check-in, bar work, food service, events, and sales, with weekend availability required. Compensation is £28,000–£33,000, with additional tips, incentives, and commissions.
