Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas, supervises and trains Guest Room Attendants and Housepersons, inspects their work, ensures housekeeping, safety, and security procedures are followed, handles guest complaints, and assists with housekeeping, laundry, houseperson, deep-cleaning, and seasonal-cleaning duties. The role requires at least one year of cleaning experience, with hotel experience preferred, proper chemical-handling knowledge, effective communication, and flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
