Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor inspects cleaned guest rooms and public areas, manages room status and cleaning priorities, coordinates housekeeping with engineering, front office, and laundry, resolves discrepant-room issues, and prepares room-assignment changes. The role also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, and employee motivation; maintains safety and security standards; and supports guest service and professional workplace relationships. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work and supervisory experience are preferred.
