Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor manages hotel housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, supplies, inventory, maintenance requests, room status, VIP and lost-and-found procedures, and chemical safety. The role supervises housekeeping staff, performs room and public-area inspections, handles guest requests, and may assume the Executive Housekeeper’s duties. It requires hospitality or service experience, supervisory experience, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability for varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Health, dental, and vision insurance is available after 30 days of employment for full-time team members.
