Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor leads and supervises room-attendant cleaning teams, assigns and inspects cleaning work, responds to guest requests, coordinates maintenance and deep-cleaning projects, maintains housekeeping standards and vehicle upkeep, and supports staff training. The role requires strong time management, flexibility, physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform prolonged standing and stair climbing, and the ability to read chemical labels and complete written reports. One to two years of housekeeping experience is required, preferably in hospitality, with supervisory experience desired; a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license may be required.
