The role oversees staff assignments, training, performance, scheduling, inventory, supplies, guest-room and public-area cleanliness, guest complaints, vendor and maintenance coordination, and departmental profitability and standards. Candidates need previous hospitality housekeeping experience, strong organization and time-management skills, the ability to multitask and stand for extended periods, good judgment under pressure, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
