Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains the hotel building and supervises housekeeping staff, including training, coaching, performance feedback, hiring, scheduling, inventory control, inspections, guest-service coordination, emergency procedures, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The role requires housekeeping experience, physical ability to move materials up to 100 pounds, and effective communication skills.
