Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for its upcoming luxury integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, opening in 2027. The role supervises housekeeping attendants and ensures guest rooms, corridors, pantries, staircases, and lift landings meet resort cleanliness, maintenance, service, health and safety, and Forbes 5-Star standards. Responsibilities include team briefings, inspections, scheduling deep cleaning, guest service and complaint resolution, performance coaching, supply and records management, emergency preparedness, and communication regarding high-attention guests. Candidates should have hotel management or high school education, fluent English, computer literacy, administrative and leadership skills, customer focus, and luxury hotel or resort experience; five-star experience is advantageous.
