The Clare is recruiting a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Technician for a Sunday-through-Thursday shift from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role cleans and maintains resilient flooring, carpets, upholstery, resident apartments, dining areas, lounges, offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, and other public and private areas, including shampooing, stripping, sealing, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and floor restoration. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, and prior experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, buffing, and waxing.
