Description
The Clare is hiring a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Technician for a Sunday-through-Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. shift at $20.00 per hour. The role maintains resilient flooring, carpets, upholstery, resident apartments, dining areas, lounges, offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, storage areas, and other public and private facility areas through cleaning, stripping, sealing, waxing, buffing, burnishing, vacuuming, and spot treatment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, and prior carpet, floor-care, buffing, and waxing experience; hotel, hospital, or nursing-home floor-technology experience is preferred.
