The Houseperson supports guest satisfaction and hotel cleanliness at Towneplace Suites Harrisburg by greeting guests, handling luggage, cleaning hallways and public areas, collecting trash and soiled linen, maintaining guest-room amenities and linens, and reporting furniture issues. The role requires a positive attitude, clear communication, conflict-resolution skills, willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing, kneeling, and standing for sustained periods. Experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred, and health, dental, and vision insurance is available after 30 days of employment for full-time team members.
