Project Renewal is hiring Housing Case Managers to provide intake, psychosocial and substance abuse assessments, treatment planning, case management, home visits, medical and psychiatric coordination, medication monitoring, counseling, tenant education, and community-service linkage for clients in its housing programs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, computer proficiency, and strong communication skills; experience with homeless mentally ill adults or other special-needs populations is preferred. Multiple opportunities are available in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
